3. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration and receipt of payment (where applicable). Once enrolled, students gain access to scheduled classes and, if applicable, the Learning Management System (LMS).

4. Refund Eligibility

6. Student Cancellation

• Repeated missed sessions without prior notice may not qualify for replacement classes.

7. Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, EduEnrich Global will make reasonable efforts to:

• Reschedule the class.
• Arrange an alternative qualified tutor.
• Provide another suitable academic solution where possible.

8. Rescheduling Policy

• Class rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
• Advance notice is appreciated for all rescheduling requests.
• EduEnrich Global will make every reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling changes.

9. Learning Management System (LMS)

LMS access is provided only to enrolled students and authorized tutors. Access may be suspended or revoked if these Terms or other platform policies are violated. Refunds will not be issued solely because LMS access is restricted due to policy violations.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

EduEnrich Global understands that unforeseen situations may arise. Requests involving medical emergencies, technical issues, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed fairly and individually.
